Libraries acquire information, organize that information in a way it can be retrieved, and disseminate the information the library has acquired. Reference services fulfill this last function.
The Reference section of the library contains information-dense resources, such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, thesauri, atlases, and valuable books on different subjects are available for users. The reference shelves are separate from the other shelves. Ask the staff to point the shelves out to you if you have trouble locating them.
Reference Sources of our Library, where users are only allowed to read & refer to the books or if required take the photocopy of the same. The reference books and current volume of periodicals/Journals shall not be issued.
